Pick-Up Instructions at Schiphol
Based on the flight number you specified when booking, we will keep an eye on what time your plane lands.
- You receive an SMS message from Express Taxi with more information about Pick-Up Location.
- If you don’t see a message, Start Online Chat conversation,or give us a call.
- Send a message back while you wait for your luggage. We then know that you’ll be ready for your pickup.
- Once you have all the luggage, go up the escalator or elevator and find your way to the Pickup point (Departure Hall 2, door F).

It is also possible to be collected at The Meeting Point at an additional cost of €10.
