How will I find my driver in the airport?
At Schiphol you would generally be collected from Departure Hall 2 After arrival at the airport you turn your mobile phone on so the taxi driver can contact you.
Once you collected your luggage, Follow the signs to (departure 2) on second floor. our taxi driver will meet you in front of (departures 2).
It is also possible to be collected at The Meeting Point at an additional cost of €10. This information is included with your confirmation e-mail, along with a map, photo and written explanation.

You can pay cash to the driver, However Online and in all our Taxis you can pay with your Credit or Debit card, booking with Express Taxi can easily be adapted to suit you.

How do I book an extra pick-up or Drop off address?
An Extra Pick-Up or Drop-off Address within the same City costs Extra €10. You can book your Taxi Online and add any extra Pick-Up or Drop-off Address in the “special instructions” field in the Booking Form. After booking, you receive the Total Cost including any costs for extra Pick-Up or Drop-off Address.

Do you provide Child Seats?
We offer families a wide range of Child seats suitable for children of all ages. with our Booking Form you can easily choose the right Child Seat.
NOTE: Child seat cost 5 Extra Euro.
How can I change / Cancel my reservation?
Within the Confirmation E-mail that you’ve received, there is a link to Change or Cancel your Booking after you submit the change(s), we will send you a Confirmation Email again. You may cancel your booking (ONLINE) until 48 hours before departure, with no Cancellation fee.
In case of Cancellation between 120 minutes and 0 minutes before the start of the ride, the customer shall owe the full price of the ride.
My Booking confirmation haven't arrived by email. What should I do?
In rare instances, it is possible that your email server or software may mistake our emails for spam and not deliver them. If you feel that you should have received a communication from us, but have not, after checking the Spam Box, please email or call our Customer Service Center.
Is the Taxi Price Fixed? are there any Extra charges?
The price quoted by our website is the price you will be paying at the end of the transfer and it represents the cost of the entire transfer (not per passenger).
Is there a price difference between a sedan, station wagon?
Sedans and station wagons are subject to the same rate.
